She has litigated landmark insurance coverage cases, securing hundreds of millions of dollars of disputed insurance proceeds for her policyholder clients. Her experience includes claims under Comprehensive General Liability, Directors & Officers, First Party Property, Business Interruption and Employment Practices policies. She has tried, and won, significant cases involving missing policies, non-products coverage for asbestos-related injuries and bad faith claims. Rebecca’s litigation experience also includes breach of contract and warranty claims on behalf of her construction clients, complex and emotional partnership disputes and ERISA breach of fiduciary duty class action cases on behalf of employees. In addition to her litigation practice, Rebecca has extensive experience counseling both employers and executives in all areas of employment law.
